Here are few common tips I use to stay consistently lean for at least 6 months of the year: Recognise that you actually need as much food as you think: Typically when we eat, the last 20% of food we consume is not needed for sustenance and is either consumed out of boredom or pleasure. Taking ownership over something (say a project) means you take FULL responsibility for ensuring that what needs to be done to accomplish the project, gets done. It also means you take responsibility over the result of the project, so if it succeeds, you take credit, but if it fails, you take the blame (even for reasons that, initially, appear out of your control). I started taking fat burners (also known as โthermogenicsโ) this year because I wanted to see if I could make my process of staying lean easier.ย But what are fat burners?
