👶 What I know now but wish I knew before - Part 1 👴

Posted by Eddie . on

Below are some crucial lessons I’ve learnt in life. Call them cliche if you wish, but I speak from experience.  If I could go back in time, this is what I would tell the 20 year old me.  BE HUMBLE You have to be humble, not for others, but for you. Humility is important because it allows you to see and correct your mistakes. However, be careful not to be overly self-deprecating. Doing so will damage your self-esteem and you’ll resent others for not doing the same. FORGIVE YOURSELF You will make mistakes in life, some more painful than others....

📈 Strategies that will help you eat less and lose weight 📉

Take smaller bites I often suppress my desire to eat more food by taking smaller bites of food. But at the sake of shooting myself in the foot, I’d advise not to blindly follow social media content without first using your own common sense and doing some form of research. Social media content, as far as I know, doesn’t go through any scrutiny or quality control. This has become especially evident to me after I started posting content because: Almost everything I post is from my own experience, yet people follow it. I can’t say what...

💔 Break ups and gains 💔

Posted by Eddie . on

You hear this all the time: guy and girl meet, fall in love, tragedy happens, relationship ends, one is extremely distraught, goes to gym and becomes shredded as a brick.   Is this true? It 100% is! I know because it happened to me. Everything on my instagram is because I had a life changing break up. I would never have summoned the discipline otherwise. But why don’t all break ups lead to this? It’s because the break ups don’t hurt enough. Speaking from experience, the break up has to truly hurt, almost to the point you lose hope in life...
