The most common question I get asked is, “how do I get shredded?”. I am not going to bore you with all the foods you should eat or the cardio you can do to lose weight. Here’s something I’ve realised over the past 3 years of bulking and shredding, getting shredded isn’t easy. However, what’s even more difficult is staying shredded.
