๐Ÿฅ Chicken Chilli Tenders ๐Ÿฅ

Having a delicious dinner is extremely important if you want to maintain a lean diet. Hereโ€™s one of my go to dinners when shredding. Itโ€™s delicious and extremely macro friendly.ย 


๐Ÿ“ƒ Ingredients:

  • 50g of corn flakes
  • 300g of chicken tenderloins
  • 30g of egg whites
  • Parika
  • Garlic salt
  • Parsley
  • Chill flakes
  • Nandos Garlic Peri Peri Medium Spicy Sauce

๐Ÿ“ Macros:

  • 93g of protein
  • 740 calories

๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿผโ€๐Ÿณ Cooking:

  1. Put the tenderloins in a bowl and mix them with the paprika, garlic salt, parsley and chilli flakes
  2. In a separate bowl, crush the corn flakes
  3. Take each chicken tenderloin, dip them in the egg whites and coat them with the crushed corn flakes
  4. Put them on a tray lined with baking paper and cook them in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Rotate each tenderloin once during cooking.
  5. Serves 1
