💪 3 Ways to look bigger 💪

Posted by Eddie . on

Most guys want to get massive in the gym. Aside from the obvious route of actually growing a lot more muscle, there are several other ways you can appear bigger without having to spend a substantial amount of time in the gym. 🏋🏻‍♂️ TRAIN YOUR SHOULDERS AND UPPER BACK Focus on building your delts and traps. 😁 Are you happy? 😭

You can make this question as simple or complex as you want. Happiness, in its traditional sense, is influenced by so many factors. But back to basics, what is ‘happiness’? Avoid creams and dressings (soy sauce and hot sauces are fine). As a general rule, the more filling and satisfying a flavour is, the...

Posted by Eddie . on

Many people think in order to have a low body fat percentage, you always need to be eating lean. I want to dispel that idea.  All you need are the right habits and to find what diet routine works for you and your preferences.   I am often having to eat junk food because I tend to lose too much weight when in a caloric deficit. I want to be sitting at 65kg but have recently fallen to 64 and I risk losing muscle mass.  Now I don't always eat like this obviously, but I DO eat this way more often...
