You hear this all the time: guy and girl meet, fall in love, tragedy happens, relationship ends, one is extremely distraught, goes to gym and becomes shredded as a brick.   Is this true? It 100% is! What’s the one piece of information about bodybuilding that helped me obtain my physique? To be totally honest, technical knowledge on bodybuilding isn’t necessary from my experience and whatever basic things you need to know are freely available on Youtube. As we all know, cutting calories is vital to becoming shredded. Below are some quick ways to reduce calories in your everyday foods.
