🤝 Difficulty In Taking Ownership 🤝

Posted by Eddie . on

Taking ownership and blaming ourselves is one of the hardest things to do. This is something almost everyone struggles with and I’ve never met someone who can do it with ease all the time (I am even referring to yogis or vipassana teachers). This is an area I am personally trying to get better at. Here are my biggest impediments: It doesn’t feel ‘fair’. I always encounter people who don’t take ownership when they should (either intentionally or unintentionally), so when I do take ownership, I feel it's unjust. 👊🏼 The importance of taking ownership 👊🏼

Taking ownership over something (say a project) means you take FULL responsibility for ensuring that what needs to be done to accomplish the project, gets done. Whilst my content is focused heavily on fitness, I also use my social media platforms to explore topics that are genuinely dear to me and this is one of them. I am going to admit that I’ve made (and still make) many mistakes in life. I’ve hurt many people and still do despite my greatest attempts not to.  But out of all these mistakes, I can say with utmost certainty that I’ve NEVER EVER intended to be evil or hurt someone when I’ve known the full extent of damage I may cause. I am certainly not saying the outcome of...

Quick ways to cut your daily calories

Posted by Eddie . on

As we all know, cutting calories is vital to becoming shredded. Below are some quick ways to reduce calories in your everyday foods. As I always preach though, you must have an underlying motivation to cut your calories, otherwise you won’t stick with these tips. 🧂 Use herbs, salt and spices for flavour instead of sauces: You can unlock a tremendous amount of flavour by just using rosemary, sea salt, CRACKED pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Avoid creams and dressings (soy sauce and hot sauces are fine). As a general rule, the more filling and satisfying a flavour is, the...
